Campaigns built around the product story, not the trend of the week
Lanveza plans and runs advertising, marketing and promotion for cosmetics and personal care brands: a brand and channel audit first, then launch campaigns, creator seeding, paid media and an always-on retainer. Channels, scope and reporting are agreed in writing before work starts.
The four channels we run
What we take off your desk
Five engagements, each ordered and priced on its own. Start with one, add the rest when the numbers justify it.
Brand and channel audit
Where the brand sits today, which channels are carrying it, what the competition is spending against, and which two or three moves are worth doing first. Delivered as a written review with the sources we used.

Creator seeding campaign
A shortlist of creators matched to the product and the market, a brief each of them can actually follow, and a report on what was published, what it cost per piece and what the comments said.

Product launch campaign
One launch, planned backwards from the shelf date: the story, the assets, the channel plan, the paid budget split and the calendar, then the running of it and a report at the end.

Paid media management
Ad accounts reviewed, structure rebuilt, creative tested in batches, budgets moved weekly. You keep ownership of every account and every pixel; we work inside them with the access you grant.

Always-on growth retainer
The ongoing rhythm: content produced, creators briefed, paid media managed, results reviewed with you every month, and the plan for the next month written before it starts.

How work is scoped and charged
Channels, deliverables, schedule and fee are confirmed in writing before any work is charged. A campaign package covers the work named in that scope; anything outside it is treated as a separate item, agreed in writing, and is not started until you approve it. Media budgets are separate from our fee and are paid to the platforms directly.
What we measure
The monthly report states what was spent on each channel, what came back, what each piece of creative cost to produce and to distribute, and which results we can attribute with confidence. Where a number cannot be attributed cleanly, the report says so in those words rather than presenting a total as proof.
What we never promise
We do not promise a follower count, a virality rate, a ranking position or a revenue figure. Campaign outcomes depend on the product, the price, the market, the season and the platforms, and none of those are ours to control. We also do not run campaigns on claims the product cannot support: if a claim would not survive a customer reading the ingredients list, we will not write it.
Wholesale and B2B terms
Brands and distributors ordering more than one engagement of the same type can apply for wholesale pricing: from two units the rate becomes 85% of the listed fee, with a minimum order of $500. The terms are confirmed in writing with the scope.
Cancellation
An engagement can be cancelled before work starts at no charge. Once assets have been produced, a campaign has been built or creators have been briefed, the work completed up to that point is charged at the rate stated in the scope, and everything produced so far is handed over.
How the desk works
Structural facts about the way we operate, each one something we can put in writing.
4channels
Planned and run by the same desk, not subcontracted out
1report a month
With the spend, the results and the numbers behind them
0lock-in
Retainers run month to month, cancelled with notice
1named contact
The person who built the plan answers the follow-up
How an engagement runs
Five stages, each with a written output. Nothing is charged for a stage you have not approved.
01
Enquiry
The product, the market, the shelf date and what you have tried already. That is enough for us to say what we would look at first and what it would cost.
02
Written scope
Channels, deliverables, schedule and fee confirmed in writing. Work outside that scope is agreed separately, also in writing, before it starts.
03
Build
The story and the assets are produced, the creators are briefed, the campaigns are built inside your accounts and reviewed by you before anything goes live.
04
Report
One report with the numbers behind it: what ran, what it cost, what it returned, which creative worked and which did not, written in plain language.
05
Review and scale
We decide together what to repeat, what to drop and what to test next. The next month is planned against those decisions rather than against the original guess.
Questions brands ask before the first campaign
Do you only work with established brands?
No. The audit is designed to be the first paid step for a brand that has a product and a market but no clear channel plan. What we do need is a product that can be described honestly and a decision maker who can approve scope.
Do you produce the creative as well?
Yes for campaign assets: stills, short video edits, copy and creator briefs. Where a brand already has a studio, a photographer or an in-house team, we work with their output instead of duplicating it.
Who owns the ad accounts and the assets?
You do. We work inside accounts you own with the access you grant, and every asset produced under an engagement is handed over. If you stop working with us, nothing is held back.
How quickly can a launch campaign start?
Usually within two weeks of a signed scope, provided the product, the claims and the shelf date are settled. Campaigns that need new formulation claims or regulatory review take longer, and we will say so before you commit.
